Residential Supervisor

Description

Under the direct supervision of the QIDP and the general supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, the Residential Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of the sites of his/her assigned caseload in IO Waiver and Intermittent Care Facilities. Must ensure compliance with all Federal, State, Local, and Agency standards, policies, and laws.

QIDP

Description

QIDPs oversee the delivery of support services for assigned locations. Supervises personnel to achieve service, clinical and financial objectives within general resource and reimbursement models. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activities. Multiple resource and/or reimbursement models may be involved in achieving objectives within broad guidelines.
